DealsOfDream is a deals aggregation and affiliate marketing platform. We curate discounts, promotional codes, and cashback offers from participating retailers and present them on this website for the benefit of shoppers in the United States.

We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, set prices, hold inventory, or process payments. All purchases are made directly with the respective retailer on their platform, under the retailer’s own terms and conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or submit a cashback claim. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using DealsOfDream on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Many links on DealsOfDream are affiliate links. When you click one and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer or affiliate network — at no additional cost to you.

Our affiliate relationships do not influence which deals are featured or how they are ranked. We display affiliate disclosure notices throughout the site in compliance with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC)’s FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).

To ensure cashback is correctly attributed, please click through to a retailer directly from DealsOfDream without visiting other affiliate sites or using other cashback services in the same browser session. Conflicting affiliate cookies may prevent your cashback from being tracked.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure deal information (prices, discount percentages, promo codes, expiry dates) is accurate at the time of publication. However:

• Prices and availability are set by the retailer and can change at any time without notice to us.
• Promotional codes may be deactivated by the retailer before their displayed expiry date.
• Cashback rates are subject to change by the retailer or affiliate network.
• Stock availability is determined entirely by the retailer.

DealsOfDream makes no warranty — express or implied — that any deal, coupon, or cashback offer will be available or honoured at the time you attempt to use it. Always confirm the final price and terms on the retailer’s website before completing a purchase.

Where a cashback programme is available in the United States, the following terms apply:

• Eligibility — you must have a verified DealsOfDream account and click through to the retailer from our platform in the same browser session in which you complete the purchase.
• Qualifying purchases — cashback applies only to purchases that are not subsequently returned, cancelled, or disputed.
• Verification period — cashback claims require confirmation from the retailer or affiliate network, which can take up to 90 days.
• Minimum payout — a minimum cashback balance may apply before a withdrawal can be processed. Payouts are denominated in USD.
• One claim per order — duplicate claims for the same order number will be rejected.
• Abuse — any attempt to manipulate the cashback programme (including using multiple accounts, creating fictitious orders, or exploiting system errors) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any unpaid cashback.

DealsOfDream reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or discontinue the cashback programme at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation applicable in the United States.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or harvest data from DealsOfDream without our express written consent.
• Circumvent or interfere with any security or access-control feature of the platform.
• Post, transmit, or distribute malware, spam, or any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates a third party’s rights.
• Abuse the cashback programme as described in Section 5.
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to interact with the site or artificially inflate deal click counts.

All content on DealsOfDream — including text, graphics, logos, deal curation, and software — is owned by or licensed to DealsOfDream and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on DealsOfDream does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with DealsOfDream.

DealsOfDream links to retailer and affiliate websites operated by third parties. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Clicking an affiliate link is at your own risk.

DealsOfDream is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DealsOfDream and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any deal, coupon, or retailer we link to — including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or the cost of substitute goods.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total cashback amounts paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealsOfDream and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, United States, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of DealsOfDream after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.
